  Got my shellac done. Found the staff member really rude. He kept shaking my hand and asking me to relax. This made me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed.  He was also really rough filing my nails and was drawing heavy breaths    . As a former beautician myself, the standard of care and professionalism was below expectations. Also the place is filty.  There's vents coming down from the ceiling, surfaces are full of dust (nail keratin) and floors could do with a sweep. Aesthetically, the place needs a paint and a the ceiling needs to be fixed.
